I have almost every setting turned down and this game lags like crazy sometimes., 1 minute of not being able to move.

We getting a fix for this or not?

Cannith was bad today also. I think it's people speed-running the Anniversary Party.

I realized about half a dozen runs in that there were really only about 24 mobs that you actually had to kill to get to the end fight with 5+ stars.

Cordovan, Steelstar and his pet, Severlin, Torc and a few adds, Varg and his skels, 4 kobolds each by two switches and 4 kobolds worshipping the halfling. That leaves a lot of active scripts running along the way and multiply that by the number of people grinding the instance a dozen times for things and you probably get major lag potential.

about an hour ago in cult and the church i was lag frozen for a minute. Orien server.

Yeah was in a Shroud run on Orien at about the same time, laggier than normal but no lag deaths, or maybe one or two, people die a lot in Legendary Shroud.
