Here's everything you can stack for spellpower more or less from items (Based on my druid):
185 Slavers
150 LGS
37 Exceptional LGS (Tier 3)
37 Quality LGS (Tier 2, many people don't bother with this tier because you can put +7 insightful stat or +50 hamp here instead, and quality is covered by pansophic circlet or LTS/LHoX sage armor)
79 Insightful Devotion (If you use cannith crafted gloves, I personally like ones with Dexterity/Healing Amplification/Insightful Devotion on my healer, if you use a pansophic circlet you can skip this item for 14 less spellpower)

488 Spellpower from items
Of course, you can also have more stuff from items, like implement bonus, meridian fragment, mythic bonuses, reaper bonuses... but realistically these are the ones that you can easily put on 3 pieces of gear.
