Does anyone know if arcane alacrity from the arcane epic past life feat affects the cooldown on dragonmarks?

Does anyone know if arcane alacrity from the arcane epic past life feat affects the cooldown on dragonmarks?

Last I checked over a year ago, that toggle did not affect any Spell Like Abilities and Dragonmarks are usually considered Spell Like Abilities.
So likely will not, but its worth checking.
