I put in a ticket last night in game about a purchase I made for DDO points. It was promptly answered, 9 hours later, and directed me to put in an online ticket. I tried to log into the Standing Stone customer service area and it told me that the same password I have been using for 10 years was incorrect. I tried to do a change password request, and it tells me that I cannot change my password. I have two charges that went through on my credit card because the store said "purchase failed" on the first one, so I tried again. BOTH charges applied to my card, and I still have no points. I'm not sure where to go from here.
