wish to cancel my vip effective immediately. User name is HazyOne. My email is currant on my file. Not sure how to go about this.

You have to do this in the DDO in-game Store. You will still be a vip until the next payment was due. Since you already paid for a certain amount of time, it won't disable immediately.
