Dear SSG, its time for the pre-MoTU servers!

its pretty clear that reaper didnt fix anything... now u bascly can have only 1 end-game character, wich is ridiculous.


BRING BACK WHAT DDO USED TO BE, MAKE PRE-MOTU SERVERS AND UPDATE FROM THERE, U'LL RECOVER A LOT OF MONEY.

I havent liked new content since Wheloon however i havent been playing much epic levels since wheloon either so i cant truly say whether theyre good or not. I don't like the Trees and never will, and dont particularly like the concept of Iconic characters, nor Warlocks as a whole. beyond that, i'm personally happy that this game has had so many updates. its an older game and theres many more with much better graphics out there but this game is home to me and the fact that theyre adding more content instead of considering shutting down is enough to keep me happy. im not exciting for dragonborn nor ravenloft - wouldve preferred more drow stuff like menzoberranzan or something like that - but i am excited for tiefling :3

It's been what, a week and a half? People are still finding their place in a post-Reaper DDO. Give it a couple of TRs for things to shake out and then we will see. I'd give it 3-6 months before we can say anything definite about Reaper, especially as the devs are still patching it. Personally I've only played a couple hours of reaper since it was launched since I've been busy. My goodness are you one of those people who calls my work and leaves a message and then calls back the next day concerned about why we didn't call you back? If you call me and leave a message expect a 3-10 day turnaround on that message.

if we make a new pre-motu server that will be updated from there u'll see all servers die for the creating of many others that will be alive.

Its not going to happen - they'd either have to have a completely static server that didn't have any further updates which no one would want, or they'd have to do almost twice the work in creating updates for what would essentially be two separate systems which ain't going to happen either.

Since MoTU... they just destroyed the whole community that worked together and game became solo.

just make pre-motu server, we will have all LFM while let the solo guys be on the normal servers...

Please remove your rose colored glasses, and step off the soapbox. "This game is dead, there are no LFMs" isn't something that started post MotU. Maybe find some people that haven't been around a while to sell that to, because I know I'm not buying it.

no really, im suprised. It loooks like you forgot was pre-motu... LOL i mean i had full party everyday at ANY LEVEL. It was just amazing.

Gamew made me have multiple characters, so i could fufill any need of my party...

pre-motu WAS THE BEST TIME and it was prob the BEST PVM MMORPG OF ALL TIMES.

Dude, all one has to do is click the little link at the bottom of the forums that says "Archive", and have a read through it to see that your whole position is a pipe dream. LFMs have been "suffering" for a long time, long before MotU. People were building groups in private channels in 2010. Where were you, not invited to the party? As of 7:05 PM CST, there are 25 groups listed on Orien's LFM, with no ghosts. We just finished four hours of grouping that wasn't even listed on the panel, and the quests are from 1-4 to 30. That's not a dead server.

I agree that DDO was better before MotU...but a new server that was a "classic server" would just segment the population.

The majority weren't lvl 7 when I was there, now, I've been offline for about 20 minutes, so there is that. There were 10 Epic level groups when I was there. If they're not there, we can, of course, assume like you have, that they took them down, or, maybe they filled, or filled enough to run the quest/raid. At about 4pm today, there were two shroud raids forming, one Legendary and one Heroic. Still on a timer for the heroic, so I didn't bother to see who was in it, but it stated they were doing Hard and then Normal for shards.

lol i was about to post this... this dude made me download DDO, just to prove how WRONG HE WAS.

i looged into ORION and SARLONA , there were some LFM, but as u stated are SINGLE PLAYER mostly... lmao

... he wants to lie to himself untill DDO is actually dead.. if he is happy doing this , well , what can i do .

i'll fight for DDO pre-motu everytime i can, it'll be the salvation for this game.

I agree that DDO was better before MotU...but a new server that was a "classic server" would just segment the population.

i know u are scared, since the population is low.. but really , it was POST-MOTU that the downfall of DDO started... MOTU was actually released because we could see ALOT OF Ppl online. Post-Motu killed the huge endgame content we had, and it got worse and worse every single update.

now we have P2W solo DDO.... making some advetising , making a players pool, might show how right i am. I'm pretty sure many ppl would love to see old DDO back. Not this solo cr4p(why the hell cr4p is a bad word?) averge MMO that is today.

Well , i'm sorry if i missed some correct grammar... english is not my main lenguague :P.

Anyway , SSG should try pre-motu server. How many raids you guys have for end-game content? pre-motu we had 9. Not to mention like 40 quests with 13 hours CDs wich made u play many of them...
