Character UN-delete

Character Un-delete. About what is the normal turnover for this? I followed the destructions and submitted it a few days ago.

So its been a week now and still no response for un deleting a character. I've made 2 more tickets hoping someone see's them. Posting this here as this seems to be the correct place and not in the general forum.
