Greetings! I'm a returning player after about a five or six year hiatus. I've still got a few characters from back then (three in particular) and I'd like to see if they are still viable or if should I just scrap them and start all new characters. All of them are first life characters. The first one is based on this old build:

Exception to the above build though is that I went Two-Handed vice Two-Weapon (so feats at 6, 9, and 15 are all the Two-Handed versions)
Currently my character is 14/2 Bard/Fighter
STR 28 (21 +1 Tome +6 item)
DEX 12 (8 +4 Item)
CON 25 (17 +2 Tome +6 Item)
INT 10 (9 +1 Tome)
WIS 14 (8 +1 Tome +5 Item)
CHA 22 (14 +2 Tome +6 Item)
My biggest question really is where should I put my Action Points? I have 62 of them to spend so far.
If someone could chart out how I should allocate them and the others that I will earn all the way to level 20 I would greatly appreciate it.
This build used to be fun to play and I hope it still will be. Thanks.
