Hello,
Not getting any response other than the auto-reply from Turbine Customer Service. 2 tickets, 7 days from the first one now.
I have an Amazon account. Checked that I can login via Amazon Payments and I have Amazon Payments active. Store Card is set for "use all across amazon". When I try to buy DDO points in game, I get as far as the browser window popup on screen, type in my login info, and submit, and then nothing further happens. That window disappears, and the in-game DDO Store window remains with the PayByAmazon button. Clicking again does nothing.
There is no record at all on Amazon Payments or Amazon.com. This is defeating my google-fu. The DDO Store Feedback Forum says visit https://forums.ddo.com/en/forumdisplay.php?f=105 for problems, but that link is 404. I have tried searching these forums, the DDO wiki, google and reddit. Rolling a 1 on it. Does anyone know what is going on, have some tips for me .. I can not even find settings for the in-game browser window (I think perhaps Amazon does not like login attempts from DDO in-game browser?) Can anyone confirm they were able to pay for something with Amazon Payments?
