View Full Version : Premium Frustrations. Fixed but not.

I've been trying to help a friend that bought the MotU Standard Edition and SC Collector's edition.

1) The first sign of trouble was they cannot select an Epic Destiny at lvl 20.
2) They have no access to the in-world ticketing system as can be seen here: https://i.gyazo.com/126b286a9f356d3dfaed1033b052f20c.png
3) They used the web to submit a ticket.
4) They got the form letter saying they're F2P and need to buy something blah blah blah
5) They replied via e-mail explaining the problem and providing evidence of purchase.
6) The e-mail reply said that everything should be fixed now.
7) Nothing is fixed. No in-world ticketing. No ED access.
8) Tried putting in the registrations codes again, but told they're already activated (as it should say).

There's a lot of frustration and skepticism built up at this point.

Can anything else be done other than play e-mail ping pong?

Just to make sure, are they talking to the fatespinner when they try to choose an epic destiny? (non-VIP can look at them anywhere but only choose them at the fatespinner.)

Whatever they did, it works. And I also can spend points outside of the fatespinner."
