I just threw on some handwraps and pounded on some things. It seems to be working.

Not a dev, but i noticed it working on my Monk in the low 20s after my TR with U33. It proccs on vorpals, which are more often than before.
Now that i´m at cap, it´s still twisted in, but to be honest, with all the Kung-Fu Action, mobcrowds around me, numbers popping up and whatnot, i pay too less Attention / am too distracted to say "i recognize it". I feel the Mobs are dead "before benefit" of it and do enquestion its´ Advantage. Maybe i´m wrong?!

Any comments from youz Monks out there?

Not sure what his comment means - but Balanced Attacks worked before the change and should after the change - it is tied to two weapon fighting - which monks did before the change and after when fighting unarmed. So this should work bare knuckled if you are using the monk fighting style too...I am unsure if the klugy non monk unarmed fighting qualifies or not - as I am unsure if it is considered two weapon fighting.
