Submitted two tickets, no response as of yet. How long should one wait?
Tough question - not sure how long ago you submitted your tickets, not sure what the details are, so no idea whether a response might reasonably be considered overdue (or even forthcoming?).
If you remember, there was a recent holiday over the weekend, plus a significant sale for the last week+ (and that on the heels of another holiday), so the staff may be both just coming back into the office AND finding themselves a tad backlogged.
On a related note, I just made several purchases myself - with two confirmation screens, how exactly did you purchase something "in error" - just wrong edition of one of the packs?

C Dog, never make a purchase in the wee hours of the morning :)
First I purchased the wrong pack,, and sent in a ticket stating such. I checked my subscription screen on the account website.
After sending that ticket in I went in game to check and see if I had the pack I originally wanted and it turns out I do have it (although doesn't show on the subscription screen), so I asked for a refund. Figured they were going to get slammed last weekend that's why I posted this question. Thanks for the reply, I'll give them a few more days (it's been 5 I think)

Ok still no response, so I'll just dispute this charge on my credit card. Oh well always the hard way.
