AA - GS Longbow or No?

Well, realized that I won't be TRing my main into an AA as planned for final life so decided I had to create a 3 life Ranger for an AA build.

What I am wondering is with Sapphire Sting, Bow of Sinew, Bow of the Silver Flame, and Roadwatch, is it even worth crafting a GS Bow, procs are always nice but I'm not really seeing anything that makes it really worth it, unless someone has a good proc suggestion I am overlooking.

Radience is good, it blinds for sneak attack damage. LitII is good, that lightning bolt is impressive. But I only use mine for a bit, until I can equip unwavering adnecy. http://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Unwavering_Ardency

The min level is 14, versus 12 for Greensteel.

Yeah, looks like Unwavering is worth farming compared to a Green Steel alternative anyhow. Thanks.
