We may have been denied official recognition for the most underrated MMO poll, but this new poll posted today (December 31st) asks readers to choose the best "classic" MMO still running. Vote for DDO below:

Sorry but seeing u can start a thread for something that is 3 thread down there means i can paste the same anserr i left there:

Last time we saw a poll from that site was"what's the most underrated mmorpg" and some of the options were ddo and ff14

I mean, ff14 as option of underrated game lol
Ddo as option of underrated game with a rating between 7-8 in most sites

We should have more criteria before trying to push ddo to the top of every poll of every site, i mean, that would cause the opposite effect "oh look these guys from that dead game pushing the votes in that unknown poll" isn't a good advice

Howrver if the new ddo owners spent their time and money advertising their game, would be better

Ofc ddo doesn't worth winning a poll called "what's the most underrated mmorpg" nor "what's the best classic mmorpg still running" cause that only leads to think that ddo players are mindless fanboys

If the title was "what's the mmorpg with more customizable options out there" ddo would won, and in a legit way, not the case tho

Best but still terrible and get worse with every "upgrade" powercreep, overabundance of self healing and making quests easier has ruined the game.

Example STK use to be fairly hard on part 3 but now it's boringly easy

Best MMORPG? I don't know about that, I don't think I have played enough of them to judge, but in my opinion it is the best DnD MMO specifically, no others come close. NWN servers are close in ways but that wasn't what the game was built for and it isn't really supported for it (i.e. it is not an MMO). If DDO didn't exist I would probably still be playing NWN 2 to get my DnD fix, which says a lot about all of the digital dnd games released since then.

There is probably a good argument to be made for it as the best digital representation of dnd overall, but I don't know if I would make that argument myself, it is certainly close though.

lol I just saw this game called league of angels 2 advertised as an X rated mmorpg. Turns out it isnt. I couldn't be bothered to download and get to lv 10 so I just googled it for message boards. However its clear what daybreak needs to do now. Our elves need big ol breast enhancements.

Looks like a drow priestess, but not so much a player character. DDO has a lot of character customization, but not so much for body shape. I wonder how that would affect performance and cosmetic appearances (adding body shape options).

Well, how about just changing something like racial 'nothing is hidden' for 'nothing can keep them in', size increase 25 / 50 / 75% kind of enhancement... ? :)
