Is invisibility broken again now too?

Invis'd runs seem to be aggroing mobs again.

i haven't noticed anything different using invis or the dark monk thingy, shadow fade. I can still get past the enemy, but both characters have decent move silently skill.

Apparently this is a result of the new aggro mechanic. One Champion sees you invis'd, they all see you.

its been on hard and elite so there were champions, I guess not all of them have TS?

Invis works just fine.
