Reaper mode should be lvl 30 only, or lvl 28 (but not lower if people insist earning xp too). The reason: You do not want to kill classic Epic runs, trust me.

You should also consider my idea of bringing back masterful craftsmanship as a choose-able prefix/suffix slot taker. It is a pain to craft my Glorious Obscenity at lvl 17, only to realize it has become outdated by lvl 20+. Remember: you did not make Epic rune arms craftable: that is just rude -> it forces people to craft their spell power and crit bonuses on clothing/jewelry when reaching epic level. I mean seriously: just think this through.
OR! just make epic rune arms craftable too. I would not mind both implemented, to be honest.

If I receive one more "no" and "We dont need that coz blablabla" I will most likely earn a ban for insulting people. I grow tired of explaining trivialities to forum users who just dont have the ability to think, or consider the implications of this new system. Use your brain cells people. Not to mention that masterful has been in existence for 4-5 years (half of the entire life of ddo), so it should be considered a "successful business model".

/signed for the runearm part. Make them craftable, please! And please add some epic endgame runearms. I am really annoyed of having a lv. 20 runearm in LE content. Because there is nothing better than Archaic Device.

1) trust without verification? 2) Classic epic runs vs challenging runs at lvl 25?

OR! just make epic rune arms craftable too. I would not mind both implemented, to be honest.

This would basically only benefit rune arms, by allowing you to use them at lower than their "Minimum Level" as it currently stands.
If it's a pain for a 3-level gain, you have to decide whether that's worth the effort (for your next TR's) or not.
Oh no, you have to craft your spellpower and lore onto another conveniently provided slot. Or a red slot. How is that rude, again? Or consider This One Item (http://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Legendary_Pansophic_Circlet) that will conveniently remove any need for any other spellpower items on any character ever. Maybe not exactly, but fairly close.

So basically you want to post your opinion/complaint on an open forum and have no response? You ask for your old toy back while simultaneously insulting everyone who disagrees? "you're dumb if you disagree" does not earn my sympathy.

Also, masterful exists still, but only on random loot. Its long-term craft-ability does not lend any validation towards its success, that merely moved the power creep ahead by two levels.
A lot of bad things have existed for a long time; your argument would imply they are therefore successful.

I don't know much about epic runearms, but I've heard good things about Knives Eternal (http://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Knives_Eternal), Epic Archons (http://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Epic_Arm_of_the_Archons), Glass Cannon (http://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Glass_Cannon_(Level_24)), and St Mu'Ray's Fire (http://ddowiki.com/page/Item:St._Mu%27Ray%27s_Fire). In particular Epic Archons seems to be a straight upgrade to Archaic Device (http://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Archaic_Device)?
