Instead of bumping the old page I thought I would create one for new information since the last page we had is getting dated and lacks a few updates. So I am asking for help compiling a list of best gear for a pure level 20 Barbarian for U33. I am looking to help others, not so much myself. If anyone is interested in helping, I would appreciate it. I would like to post sets for Causal Players (No raid gear, but non crafted Slave Lord ok), Players who do raid, but do not care about crafting Slave Lord Gear, and of course the best layout, which would include raid and slave lord crafted gear.
I was asked earlier since I ran a barbarians for year on my old account, and my main originally was a barbarian for the longest time, but I have been out of sync with the class for about a year and a half. I will post my ideas in a alternate thread, so I am not convoluting and cleaning this one up too much when I finally add everything in.
The Best Barbarian Layout from U29 can be found here.

Weapons:
Assuming
TF weapon with 1st Degree Burns/35% Armor Bypass/Draconic Reinvigoration for times you want to make up ABs in long quests or Mortal Coil.
Epic Mythic ToEE weapon for set bonus. Not sure any element will be better than others at the point, but I only worked out a khophesh and light armor and was bored with farming for this.
Legendary Greensteel Weapon
Armor:
Celestial Avenger Mediums
Medium ToEE Mythic for bonus
Accessories:
The harder part.

Thanks for your input.
I agree Vacuum+ToEE & Draconic Reinvig is best for twf. The problem is deciding if you want to keep the armor on. I assume there are certain quests it may be better, but for the most part I am assuming Celestial Avenger is going to be better defensively, so maybe for quest zerging ToEE set would be better for the extra damage.
I am just now playing around w/ Slavers gear for my ranger. I am assuming with both being strength builds, they would build similarly, but I am hoping for someones input there.

That is the best thing in the world about slave lord gear , u can use it on multi toons because its BTA. My con belt i use on 4 different builds.
Armor i like the shadow scale 30 dr one myself. Ghostly is hard to slot these days , yes it maybe less damage but 4% doublestrike is meh. Another option is the excutioners armor but then u have to slot fort and prr on other items which is a pain.
