Insightful Damage/Strategic Combat II

Does the third lvl arti spell Insightful Damage stack with Strategic Combat II. Since Insightful Damage is "insightful," wouldn't it?

Unfortunately no, i tested something similar back when artificer was first release and the revamp of the mechanic rogue tree. As mechanic rogue also grants Int to damage in the core. Sadly it does not stack, which what strategic combat II is, and yes i tested that as well.

No: nor do either stack with Targeting Sights. However they will stack with Know the Angles, which is why it's still a good idea to have Harper on an INT-based arty or Mechanic.
