Server Lag is getting royally stupid

Is this what I'm paying $15 a month for?! A server that can't remain stable for more than 5hours without a lag spike that lasts 5mins or more?!

1. Multiple months its cheaper
2. A few years ago I left Khyber for g-land because Khyber's lag was unplayable makes me sad that now g-land lags so much.
