Ranger AA imbue question about thrown weapons

not a new player, but looking to try something new.
I have seen people using crossbows as a ranger and benefiting from the AA tree imbues for the bolts, does this work with thrown weapons as well, or just bows / xbows?

It's a bug, (as written) it's not supposed to work with anything but bows/arrows.

The answer is yes it does for now, but does require some work to make it happen.

This is what gives rise to the discussion about it WAI.

My understanding is that Turbine has said they want a different experience for thrown weapons vs bows/xbows. Since this has not happened yet this is most likely something that will continue to work until one day when it does not. Just be prepared for that day.
