Highest str for Barbarian (1st lifer)

How to obtain 110 str for half orc barbarian: Up the first 4 core skills + orcish rage on half orc racial tree, up 2 str stats on ravager enhancement, put all points to str when lvling ,
get death frenzy and frenzy buffs, barbarian rage, primal scream,3 epic strength feats +7 strength tome , full slave lord set with 17 str enhancement and 4 quality str , +7 insightful crafted str belt, epic litany of the dead, tensor transformation and titan's grip

The highest strength I have hit on a barbarian was 136, not first life though:

Horc woulda made more str than PDK but I wasn't actually building for pure strength from the beginning, just modded my build toward the end to see my highest possible. This was before Slaver's gear and the Cannith Crafting pass so I'm hoping someone will break my record!

If it doesn't need to be pure, barb 18 / druid 1 / cleric or FvS 1 gets +2 STR from Ram's Might and +whatever from Div Might. The only downside is being restricted to non-metal armor, thought I suppose you could just keeping swapping it off & on to cast RM.

You forget about 1 thing Barb lv20 core skill's Storm eye:Activate: You gain 25 stacks of Storm's Eye.
Storm's Eye: +1 melee damage. One stack fades away every three seconds.
Passive:
+4 Constitution
+10 Melee Power
When raging your melee attacks have a 5% chance to deal 400 bludgeoning damage. This damage scales with 100% Melee Power.

With this, damage will exceed a lot compared to mixed build.

Not sure what else I am missing, as guy above does have 130+ something in the image, but I hope this helps. I do know I missing a possible Shav Set, but to lazy to look it up. Madstone Boots counted as +2 over rage pot. Arretrakos Cookie is +5 morale over Primal Scream and it's why they are are bracketed. Divine Might is -2 Barb rage and -7insight item and add Charisma Modifier. I can't remember is litany double stacks as primal bonus. If not, -2 from numbers.

A Human pure 20 Barb at 30 could stay around 90-100 str raged, easily

Gear enhancement +17 (slavers items)
Alchemical +4 (tenser's)
ED twists +5

and I think you didn't have

Psionic +6 (IQ gloves)
Madstone +4 (clicky plus proc from being hit)
Morale +5 (primal scream)

Not 100% on the above but fairly certain. I'm sure there are still some others too.

No that guy got divine might transfer charisma mod to str mod

i never count the+8 str after hp reduction normally hp will be full if heal amp is high

No, you're right. I'll correct it. I have alchemical as pots and need to double check Tensor's.
