Can't change improve critical feat with free feat respec token

I took improved critical piercing at level 9 on a then blade forged 7 paladin 2 ranger, its a TR past third life I went got my free feat respec then went to fred. I do not see my improved critical feat in the list that I can change out, I do not see my level 12 feat choice either as an option to swap out..........what am i missing? The character is now level 23 I want to swap piercing to blunt improve critical but I can't get it, I can change my level 15 or level 18 feat for it but it would severely gimp my build if was going to do that.

I suspect you took Overwhelming Crit, which requires Improved Crit. This prevents you from swapping Improved Crit for anything else. (just guessing here)

Three choices really.

Add Imp Crit at 12 or 15 then respec the lvl 9 Imp crit for the one you've just removed. May not work depending on the prerequisites for the 12/15 lvl feats.

or.

Swap out OC then change the lvl 9 feat then swap OC back in.

or

Wait till you hit 30 and TR (a version of LR/Iconic/Epic/True) again :)

Yeah I broke my plan now I know why I planned to switch from piercing to blunt at level 20 I have two deathnips wanted to use those, I had two drow warhammers sitting in the bank a +10 stun and a +5 combate mastery plan must of been get almost to 21 or bank it then switch feats at 20 take 21 switch to the hammers but I was having fun and we were on a roll streaking quests so I thought nah just keep using your nips till you get to 23 then switch so you can use your fully upgraded mornhs................and now I have this. I can't swap out 12 or 15 as those are improved and great 2wf I can swap out 18 could that work?

I could just keep it as is and just do a 18 swap its cleave I took it late as I only wanted it to unlock momentum swing an laywaste not as fun on a 2wf but I still like them the damage and knockdown but not needed I have to spend the majority of this life in martial anyway. I have 1 celestia and a box I could use those for dr breakers? Though I am not sure if I have enough coms to upgrade them both. So I can have both improved crit feats and use both weapon sets?

Or I can take option 3.

I do have plenty of flawless shards saved up.

I'm willing to bet that is no longer an option :). Some characters have been around long enough that the free LR has been long used.

the LR and LR+20 all already been used on this toon. Well it was not too expensive, but was a silly over sight.

I ran into the same problem. The best way to do this is to wait until you level and take another improved critical. If you have two improved critical feats, you can switch out one of them even if you have overwhelming critical. You only need to do one feat swap this way.
