Loot is still jacked up

I thought the recent loot fix was supposed to get rid of stuff like handwraps with doublshot and bows with doublestrke. Yet I continue to get them in chests and end rewards. What gives?

Nope, those were justified to be items that are inherently "bad loot". Not everything can be a good pull!

I believe what was fixed, however, was caster and melee effects being generated on the same weapon.

I think somebody is playing a joke on us - just about every Handwraps I picked up yesterday had Doubleshot on them.

Why would random loot not have random effects? If you want specific effects then it's time to start crafting or hunting down some named items. The only reason they removed caster effects from most melee weapons is because there was an overabundance of those effects for weapons.

There is a reason why we have an auction house,pawn brokers, and personal trades. Loot you personally acquire from chests was never intended to be the sole source for gearing.

If we could create custom Prefixes we could give the barman at the Rusty Nail a pair of +5 Jack Daniels Handwraps of Doubleshot.
