missing shards

bought 100 astral shards in the ddo store was charged for them but never got them. the charge shows up in my history and recent items

Check your inventory! Shards will sometimes end up being delivered to your inventory as a consumable; once you 'activate' them by clicking on the icon, they should be added to your balance.

We also had a purchase delay issue over the weekend, so you may have actually received them to your normal balance a bit after the purchase was made.
