I'm planning to build a constitution based barbarian using the "Throw Your Weight Around" enchancement which allows me to use my constitution to determine the damage deal, but my attack modifier is still on strenght modifier, is there a way to transfer my attack mod to constitution? So my damage can be fully calculated based on constitution instead of strenght.
Thanks in advance.

I think that what you men by "attack" in this case is "to hit". As long as you can hit things it should not be that bad (especially if you have stats for prerequisites for feats and rage going on and stuff)

I personally would do int/con based, with Harper giving KtA and Strategic Combat (int for to hit/attack). That or just wear + to attack item.
The terminology is really confusing tho.

No. But as a raging barb, your STR will be plenty high anyway, even if CON is your primary stat; so I wouldn't worry about it.

As others have stated as long as you have a fair strength starting point. Your rages should keep your strength high enough for the To-Hit. However, if you find you are getting too many glancing blows slot in an Accuracy item to boost your To-Hit.

Going Intelligence with Harper is an option also, but that might not work out well if it leaves your dexterity/strength too low. But I could see it working on some builds.
