Hare Dye for Animal Forms

I would be for cosmetic items before I would be for creating a scenery clash with blobs of monotone creatures of every hue running around

I'd love to see this. There are already a variety of wolf skins, so the coding is at least partly there for things like spotted wolf, night wolf, etc.
