You know when you are in quest and you forgot that deathblock item in bank? Or you need extra inventory space and don't want to trow stuff out?
Add a Kundarak banker hireling/summon. Does not move, or interact with enemies(or dies kinda easy to them), just summon a static banker. Should be easy nought to add.
Maybe add some gold seal scroll/arcane ingredient/potion vendor, and mailbox too.
Plus you can organize your bank or whatever while waiting for timers to open doors go down. It is lore friendly with all those Kundarak delivery boots and stuff.
Should be easy enough to add, since we already have the repairman we can summon.
Maybe add Airship beacon like summon for trainer for classes. Why wouldn't you be able to pay a trainer to come to you, instead of going to trainer?

I think you can buy back stuff you threw away from vendors but only after so long. I heard that mentioned but never verified it.

Sounds like a handy convenience thing.
Makes it a good candidate for a Store item.
I'll give this a https://www.ddo.com/forums/images/icons/icon14.png .

By horrible I mean REALLY bad...
Unlimited resources. Let's just dumb ourselves down and not have to make choices about what to carry in our inventory. If a person wants to drop real $ on the store buying sundries/consumables to facilitate quest completion then yay for them, have at it.
However, this is on the same level of game breaking **** (over and above any class/build considerations) that a button at beginning of a quest that you can click for ALL quest XP (including optionals, conquest, ransack, ingenious etc, etc) and ALL quest chests to appear at your feet would be.
No. Not signed. No way.

I would say...lets do this, but with some tweaks. Make the hireling run in from the entrance to your location (Vulnerable to enemy attack), then allow you to make a request to pull items from your bank. Once he has your request, he runs back to the entrance (Still vulnerable to attack) and leaves the quest. Then put on a timer (To wait for him to run to the Kundarak Bank, retreive your items and run back to the quest), re-enter the quest, run to your location (again vulnerable to attack) where you can take your needed items. One remaining kicker here, hope that he does steal everything in your bank and vendor it (Based on D20 roll vs Charisma modifier).
Of course none of this will actually get implemented, but this is the only way I would be on board with this suggestion.
NO and I would be happy if the bank only had one location

Add to that if you do this and bank dude dies your item drops right there.

Unlimited resources? What? You can carry all items you need in your inventory slots, and the bank space is limited. Its not that overpowered. You can leave quest and go to bank, and then re-enter quest at any time for small XP penalty too. Especially with Guild portal. You can't take hierlingss on raids, so that is not that big of a problem.
Some quests already have in quest traders.
All this does is literally save you like 3 to 10 minutes you would have spent recalling and running to nearest banker.
The timer running ting is stupid, and unnecessary. If you have to wait, you might as well go get it yourself. You pay to not have to wait for timer. That said Torchlight style runners for vendors would be nice.
As for lore/immersion reasons, there is no reason you couldn't hire someone like this.

That was my round about way of saying...."No".

And it was much more amusing than the standard run-of-the-mill "no"s. :)

If you forgot it - you forgot it.
No thank you.

I tend to agree, a feature like this would not be good as it would be usable for more then "Oh I forgot", but be usable to "hold" extra or gain access to resources not available normally during the course of the quest.
Also, I find that to be part of the fun that what I bring with me to a quest is all I have to solve the quest. I realize we can DDO store resources in a quest and I'm mixed feelings on that but that is more to do with my Pen-N-Paper days of "If it is not on your character sheet, you don't have it" thinking.
