Finders keepers

I was looking through my various throwaway toons on servers I made back in the day for free favor, and stumbled upon a very strange fighter4. He's got a stat array of 16/14/14/14/8/10, Toughness, Combat Expertise(?), Dodge(!?), Khopesh Prof, Slashing Specialization. I have no idea why or how I have such a character.

Thing is, he's got some pretty bizarre items too. Such as a Raider's Reward box, a +20 heart, a regular heart, some DnD anniversary cards, an anniversary bag and a silly amount of +1 tomes. This tells me DDO has become an astronomical tome miser (I haven't seen a single tome on my actual toon I've come back to) and also I should probably play this fighter.

So, what can I possibly do with this? I'd rather not waste the +20 heart for it, so it's gonna keep being a fighter4. Other than that, what can be done with this guy to make him into a soloer who's not gonna be doing any grouping anytime soon?

I'm assuming it was too pointlessly detailed and simultaneously vague to be useful. So I thought up an idea instead:

Can I get some sort of gish deal going that starts with fighter4, preferably with dual wielding? Doesn't matter if nonswinging half is divine or arcane. I could settle for a giant warhammer too if dual isn't very good, so long as there's no shield.
