What gear should i be looking for, for a Aura/Bursts User?

If you aren't dumping DC some evocation / insightful evocation goggles are nice. I have +7 evocation focus / +4 insightful evocation focus at level 30 and I believe the best available is +8/+4.
Legendary Pansophic Circlet is an easy button hat that gives you solid universal spellpower in everything.
Lantern ring is nice because of the extra light damage procs. A higher radiance lore item is great if you can slot it and gloden orb of death is really nice for extra ctit chance. There is a new ring in U32 that will give 15% chance for crits on all spell types. Alternative epic noxious embers is really nice for that.
For LGS charisma stick triple postive is nice for the 1000 temp hp every 60 seconds. Vacuum is really nice against bosses, but I don't think it's necessary when dealing with mobs.
Beyond that a blasting warlock doesn't have much gearing needs. You want to max out your DC for pact damage and spells, your light spellpower and crit chance as much as you can.

If you're fiend/GOO, an LGS stick is really nice. I personally made a +150 Fire spellpower(stacking)/+7 charisma/+37 Fire Spellpower radiance stick for my fiend builds and a +150 acid spellpower/+7 constitution/+37 acid spellpower acid stick for my GOO builds, and both procs are really nice in addition to the stacking 187 spellpower. A Breastplate of the Celestial Sage is very nice for all the defensive abilities as well as +27 quality spellpower (+12 over Epic Pansophic Circlet, which is also a must). Aside from those there isn't a lot of must haves on warlocks; defensive gear like Legendary Boots of the Devil Commander or Mysterious Bracers/Cloak can be nice, or offensive gear like Legendary Dashing Gloves, but warlocks are pretty simple to play all around.

My build runs in Sentinel and I know your's runs in Exalted Angel, I was just wondering how much damage you're actually seeing from the Lantern Ring? I've dropped it myself from my build, although it's still a handy item, because with 650 light spellpower (and metamagics on, although I don't think they effect it) I'm seeing an average of around 50-300 damage from the Lantern Ring. While that's not terrible, it's not anywhere near the actual damage I get per burst, and since it has that internal timer I dropped it since the total benefit seems to be fairly low.

It doesn't get maximized/empower so according to my math it will average about 300 if you factor in crits. I don't use it on my necro warlock, but blasting warlocks don't have nearly as much gear requirements so it's easy to fit in.
As far as overall dps increase - it's minimal but opportunity cost is also minimal.

First to respond to some of the responders above before addressing these two statements ... I think if an OP is asking about what gear to use for aura/burst or any build ... they probably don't have stacks of LGS ingredients to use to make those items ... probably easily attainable questing items in epics would be more helpful for their toon.
Next ... to understand the use of Lantern ring. It is part DPS (albeit small) due to the correct observations above, but it has other uses as a spell proc. Thus in Shiradi it can proc Nerve Venom. In EA it can proc Excoriate. Both are stuns which will inevitably increase your DPS way more than just the DPS of a lantern ring. Some of the former can be twisted and thus used in other destinies. Additionally it'll also proc any other abilities (from enhancements or EDs or gear) that require an offensive spell to proc.
Conclusion ... some items need to be examined more than just their base DPS.

Tier one LGS is easy to make, and provides most of the benefit of the LGS stick anyway (+150 stacking spellpower). Running Creeping Death/Curse The Sky 3-4 times each, followed by a single LShroud run, should be enough to make a tier one, and possibly even a tier two. Tier three is the big time sink, but a tier two is still very powerful.
On Lantern Ring, the problem is still that internal cooldown though. If I hit an enemy with aura, burst-burst all in a very short amount of time, my aura would hit 4 times, and each of my bursts 5 times, for a total of 14 proc chances. Lantern Ring increases the number of hits by 1 total, because of the internal cooldown, so I would have 15 proc chances; in the big scheme of things, it still doesn't add a huge benefit, as (For nerve venom) I'm increasing my number of hits by about 7.15%, and that hit has a 7% chance of going off, so the total end effect is that I'm adding about a 0.5% additional chance of nerve venom proccing, or a 1/200 chance (If my math is correct, which I believe it is).

I'm not sure what type of internal cool down you experience, but lantern ring procs on every offensive spell that I cast. When I run a light nuker cleric, every ray spell procs lantern ring in succession.

The Lantern Ring has a very small timer to prevent it from overperforming on shiradi spammers magic missiles and the like. Casting one ray spell every second or two it'll go off somewhat constantly, but on a warlock with aura/bursts happening simultaneously it doesn't activate even close to on every burst.

TBH ... the way I run and click my bursts compared to aura, I don't see it not proc'ing (I'm not saying you're wrong) but maybe my timing fits to have it proc most of time and occasionally misses a proc, but it procs way more than it doesn't, for me at least. And I've never noticed it not proccing.

I tested it a little bit, and agree upon further testing that a vast majority of the time it isn't not proccing. I was able to occasionally get it to not proc by timing by burst exactly with my aura, but if burst was slightly off of aura's time lantern ring would proc, leading me to believe that the cooldown is very very tiny. I still stick with my initial thoughts on Lantern Ring though, that it is a handy item that moderately increases DPS, but it isn't a cornerstone of a warlock build.
