Noticed the Kobald Shaman missing in the cargo hold, so I purchse 6 of them and tried to place them but I keep getting a message saying he's already there? But he is not there at all.

It can take 10-20 minutes for things to load. This happens most often after a server reset.

Check back after logging in for a while.
