So I found a bow that does +5D6 fire damage - allegedly. However when used in the field the most I've ever seen it do is 11 damage. Most of the time its 1-10. There's no indication that the damage is being mitigated (usually yellow damage numbers mean its been reduced) so why isn't my bow doing the intended damage?

I've found this with a lot of items that do additional elemental damage - numbers are usually low. Even in extended fights it rarely climbs into double figures with the fire damage. Seems to be a lot of this happening as I get the same very low results on most of my other gear that's supposed to do multiple D6 additional elemental damage.

Anyone else seeing this?

It's not just you.

All scaling effects on ranged weapons are broken.

This is an issue that we are aware of. It's not just limited to repeaters but is actually true of scaling damage effects on all ranged weapons which use ammo currently. Off the top of my head, while at home, I don't recall whether it affects thrown weapons but I do not believe it does. Regardless, I'll update you when progress is made in resolving it.
