Golden Orb of Death lvl 28.....

So I decided I just had to have the Golden Orb of Death to this end I have been checking the AH daily and running ToEE to ransack on all my toons and farming the heck out of the random rares since I was told that they actually had a better chance of dropping it than the end chest. So far all I have gotten is the collar ;_; why is this so hard to find, do the rares really drop it or only the end chest where I found the collar... this is a pain.

To bad I am on argo. Considering these random chests are supposed to have a higher drop rate than the end chest... that end chest must be worthless.

The fastest way to get is in Part I hunting rare chests. Clear all of Part I, level 1, then clear the bottom level. DDoor back to level one or just die and recall and sell and repair and run thru level one from the same instance and get them rares too. ToEE is alive and rares spawn over time.

Well, at least you're making progress in some area.
To bad the crafted gear from there is partly outdated.

Back on topic, have you tried posting in the trade forum of your server?
Sometimes it helps.

I've seen it drop a couple times in the pyramid chest in part 2 and end chest part 2.
The first one especially is a very quick farm.

Farm the pyramid chest. It's, at the very worst, a 10min/run.
