I'm not sure if it's there anymore, but if you have on true seeing while looking at the Lucid Dreams runearm that somebody has equipped you'll see a little quori attached to it.

Pretty sure it's still true, I saw it not too long ago. You can also see little quori on the heads of various enemies in a bunch of quests if you have true seeing, mostly inspired quarter, but also in the Lord of Blades raid.
