So I have been looking in to this as I'm planning some gear, and from older threads from dev's confirming some of it, but I wanna make sure I got this right

so an older dev post about "save channels" came up because necro 4 epic +11 resistance bonus to all saves +6 resistance bonus to illusion save items

Mentioning a channel value would be Will save Base, Illusion Save, Spell saves

This means +11 resistance bonus to saves , and +6 insightful bonus to saves (repost 9) stack for base save

+9 resistance bonus to saves (realistic 9 property), +6 insightful bonus to spell saves (epic ivy helix)

which still yet would stack with +6 resistance bonus to illusion (assumed separate channels because ivy helix has +6 both)

so +17 base + 15 spell + 6 illusion/enchantment (+38 saves from items) on top of base + stat + good luck + heroism and so on

second question would be how much of that is actually necessary (3rd-5th life characters) running with 2 others

with such big bonuses if your in the maybe range the shift for having (or not having) these can be huge, like no +9 realistic item, 45% shift on saves, we are still using a d20
