Does anyone have a breakdown of something like "average Temp SP/sec (or /10 sec, w/e)" for various Temp SP proc'ing gear and Enhancements? (other sources?)"
Reason for the question:
I was fiddling around with Stormrage as a Twist the other day and it was **** fun having those Lightning bolts going off so much - but paying out 50 SP ~every 18-20 secs got expensive fast... so I got to thinking about LGS, and specifically LegConOp... I don't have one yet, but I'm doubting it would effectively pay for Stormrage all by it's self* (though I'd love to be wrong! ... please?). I also don't want to get too gimpy trying to fit enough temp SP sources in either... Hence the top question :D
*edit: Going and checking here (http://m.ddowiki.com/page/Legendary_Green_Steel_items/Tier_3#Weapon_bonus_effects) it looks on paper that LGS ConOp should effectively pay for ~2/3 of Stormrage's uptime(?). That's assuming a refresh rate of every 17-18 secs during prolonged engagements, or using a proc from the end of one small encounter to begin another.

Anything about Stormrage being suboptimal need not be said - I don't care ;) I've done the optimal thing, and the game ain't gettin' any harder so I've moved on to cooler - and a **** ton of lightning bolts was pretty **** cool, I'd like to find a way to maintain it ^^
