Is the Greataxe of the chained soldier still in the game. I have killed the white dragon 10 times still no luck. I've done normal 2 times hard 4 times elite 4 times with no luck.

Hadn't heard about it being removed but have killed the dragon many times in full groups and don't often see the axe of course I haven't done the quest in months.
