They exist yes, but I would not consider items obtained from a gold roll to exist "ingame" as they need shard input (or subscription for 1 try per week).

Congratulations! So, rolls of 100 DO happen, then! After all the Rolls of 1 I've had in the 2ish months since I've been playing again, it's nice to see that the opposite side of the die CAN appear, after all. Awesome! That means I'm due for it!
