Hello,

I would like a beefy level 20 build that can play in EE. I won't be solo I will be playing with friends. Right now the build is an Elven Archer and I am just not digging it at all. Past lives are 1 bard 1 paladin 1 FVS. Pretty much open to anything not an archer at this point.

Thanks for any help offered.

I found splashing a caster class into Ranger to max spellcraft does tremendous amount of damage. I am sitting at 242 spellpower now at level 19 and with both force and acid arrows I normally do more than 90 (which is around average but has gone beyond that) damage in elemental imbues alone. That's more than 6d10 SA rolling straight 6's...just saying.

Hi,

You could switch from AA to a Tempest TWF ranger without too much fuss. I don't know if you're pure at this stage, but assuming you are you already have the TWF feat line as granted ranger feats. Would it be survivable in EE? That depends on your feat selection, gear, playstyle etc... but it would save you using a heart for now.

Assuming you have DEX as your main stat, use the tempest cores to get DEX to-hit and dmg using scimitars. Take T5 and capstone in Tempest. DWS tree has survivalist (+PRR in light armor), take cores 1-4, all survivalists, Improved Weapon Finesse (DEX to bow dmg) and Killer if you can afford it. Put 12 points into Elf tree for displacement.

You'll still have a ranged option with Manyshot, but your main dmg comes from twf with very high crit profile, full off-hand dmg, Dance of Death, lots of fort bypass, and a little SA dmg with exposing strike.

Use deception items and displacement (extended if poss) to increase survivability, get your Dodge, CON and PRR as high as poss, wear a ghostly item.

Hope this helps (and saves you a heart of wood).

I would do elven dragonmark 12 ranger/8 rogue. Dex melee and rotate dodge clickies in melee (improved parry tempest tree that uses Dex, rogue improved uncanny dodge, shadowdancer twist for #3). Levy does this in his Sanjodeathammer build.
If you can fit in extend spell, the dragonmarks will endure about 6 minutes at cap. High dodge, decent PRR, displacement, invinci-clickies, ranged option when needed, maxed UMD & trapping.
