Exposing Strike / Sniper shot - bluff check?

Do Exposing Strike and Sniper Shot trigger a bluff check against your bluff skill or are mobs auto-bluffed with no check made?

To put it another way, do I need to put points in Bluff to use these abilities more successfully?

From my experience, the target is auto bluffed. No points in bluff necessary. This makes the Druid wolf form Baiting Bite ability sad :'(
