Cant upgrade to vip

The in game access will not let me upgrade my account to vip and the turbine account management site no longer has the option to do this

You can now actually do this right from the DDO Store while you are logged into the game! Bring up the store and click on the "Subscriptions" link at the top of the overlay. From here, you can update your information and enroll in your desired subscription plan.
