destruction and improved destruction are not applying separate effects. i am disappointed, but at least i can slot dr breaking augments now.

just another "***, why man, i thought it was gonna stack" moment for fighters.

...or is it...combat log shows separate applications...debuff list does not...

would appreciate either some dev confirmation one way or the other or somebody to test. cause im not really sure how to definitively test. and also i cant count very high.

I think all that stacks is the up to 15% from improved destruction from Ftr PrE or weapon with shattering strike for up to 30+35 from Precision. Not sure how TFs or armor piercing from gear fits in, but I am not assuming, but it does then that's another up to 35%. I don't think they want us to have 100% Fort Bypass up at all times on non rogues and possibly monk/rangers, but I think they were aiming for a periodic when the stars align moment every for Kensei.

Anything around 50% is good enough for me on a melee that isn't relying on SA.

bonuses on gear do not stack with each other, but do stack with other kinds of bonuses.

different debuffs stack with each other.

according to the debuff bar when you examine an enemy, destruction (from the deconstructor augment) does not stack with improved destruction (from the kensei enhancement). however, they are given separate entries in the combat log. im inclined to think that they dont stack, and that they are given separate entries in the combat log because they are both applying, but the more powerful version is overriding the weaker one.
