I'm doing a heroic life as a dwarf druid. Going wolf melee. If I put enhancement points into the dwarven tree for axes (+1 dmg/+1 hit) will I get the bonus in wolf form?

No. You also don't get CON to dmg if you take TYWA.

If you're not wedded to doing a wolf build, have a look at this battledruid (https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/475672-Uber-and-or-easier-druid-build?p=5830488&viewfull=1#post5830488) I posted. The recent buffs to Kensei make ftr 6 / barb 1 a pretty good combo for a 2H build, IMO, leaving 13 lvls free for druid (or other class). My build is HO, but converting to dwarf using racial weapons is easy enough; you can even switch to CON-based if you wanted and have a big enough STR tome.
