Can you apply expansion key multiple times to your account?

If it is a different version of the expansion, yes.
I had basic version of both exapansion, and in last sale I bought better versions of both expansions, and the extra turbine points deal. I added them to same account without any problems.

i think this is correct i remember reading this a year ago around time of black friday sales.

it might be that you can only apply the better version expansion on tome of the lower expansion (if you already had the collectors edition shadowfell it might not let you apply standard edition on top of it) but not sure
but yes i definitely remember reading that people can get some minor additional benefits by applying the upper tier expansion over the existing expansion like additional char slot and some more turbine pts i think

one thing you CANNOT do is apply the same edition xpac code twice.

My second account has the "Shadowfell standard".

If I purchase the "Shadowfell collectors edition" key can I apply it and receive the 3 iconics and 2,000 tp?

edit, can I apply the 2,000 tp tp another account or do they show up when you apply it to the account?

Just checked my e-mail, and in the winter there were separate codes: one for expansion pack and another for optional 11000 turbine points deal with Shadowfell Conspiracy collectors edition.
It seems these can be applied to different accounts.

If there is 2000 TP included in collectors edition, it goes with the expansion pack.

Yes, you can buy each version of the expansions and apply them meaning:

Standard, and CE for each

Also, if you buy the standard again even though you have it, you can do so again and select the option for 11,000 TP for 59.99 and do not need to apply the code for the expansion (give to a friend) and keep the TP for 59.99?

And one more thing, what if I want the Legendary version? Could I then buy that even though I already have the other two applied?

yes for certain you can add the shadowfell conspiracy legendary upgrade if you have the shadowfell standard and/or shadowfell collectors editions on your acct.
it is not considered a "version" of the shadowfell expansion it is an UPGRADE which gives you the owlbear defender permanent hire, a lesser tome of epic learning for all your characters, etc.

sadly the legendary upgrade is not on sale it is straight $49.99 that you can add at checkout
if it was on sale i would definitely have gotten the legendary upgrade too
