Is the Loading Screen DC bug back?

I have been difficulties this evening trying to (1) get logged into the game, (2) loading the desired character, and (3) lagging or dc'ing altogether on the in-game loading screens. This has been occurring on Wayfinder, so maybe it is just a single server issue rather than a problem with today's update.

Any one else with these difficulties?

Yeah, I have on G-Land. Ran eTOEE, no issues. Keyed out to Eveningstar to sell. Teleported back to House K, and hit loadscreen lockup. Went to go smoke, figuring it would resolve. Came back, game was shut down, it had timed out. Tried logging back on twice, no luck. Walked away for about 10 min, tried again, and it let me on. Weirdness.

I've also experienced some long loading screens recently. This was on Ghallanda and talking about zoning delays. In my case I didn't get disconnected. Some seem to affect the entire group - for example I had this one minute hiccup when entering the optional area in Search and Rescue. Once it finally loaded, I expected the group to have zerged off, but nope, we zoned in together.
