I was working on my Kensei today and I noticed that Reed the Wind does nothing for you if you are already at dodge cap. Please fix this to ignore dodge cap. Do what ever you have to do to make this happen (e.g. adjust cool down, dodge amount, etc.) because right now its useless to anyone greater than level 3. It's already an insight bonus that wont stack with similar so it's got that going for (against) it.
