Deep gnome Fvd AoV bug

I want to report a bug I have encountered and that bothers me:

I have a level 28 fvs, race Deep Gnome. I have planned all the equipment so I can wield a LGS on main hand and orb on secondary. I took Articles of Faith from AoV tree to make the LGSHeavy mace an implement weapon just to discover that the enhancement does not work.

So I am down 42 universal spell power for the bad coding. Please dev fix this issue.

It's bugged for all iconic classes, not just deep gnomes.

I guess it just never bothered anyone before LGS weapons. ;)
Would be nice if we could get a fix for this.
