Intoxicating Presence on log off

Log out my druid from DDO. The last thing I see is a buff icon notification that flashes "Intoxicating Presence" before the game goes to Menu.

Yea she is a half-elf hottie, but really?!? What is the effect I keep seeing only when I log out?

yes that's the lvl3 inherent from Bard Tree ED

and it triggers because upon log off the characters lose all hitpoints.
