So I recently capped my first life BF Warlock and plan to keep him there to run various raids and I am looking for advice on what destiny and twists are "best" for him.

Basic character Info:
Pure 20 BF Warlock (fey pact)
Charisma based
Chain/Cone w/ Utterdark blast
Primarily in Soul Eater (use Consume and Stricken)

I have all Divine, Arcane destinies done plus GMoF and Shadowdancer. Working on getting LD to 4 so I can open Primal sphere. I am not sure if Shiradi is a viable option but wanted to have it available just in case.

For twists Radiant Power from Exhalted Angel is a no brainer since I am using Utterdark but not sure what else makes sense.

Thanks.

Just a start but: twist in empyrean magic

Tier 3 - Divine Crusader
Empyrean Magic: Passive Bonus: Whenever you cast a fire, light, or healing spell you gain a stack of Empyrean Fervor. Each stack of Empyrean Fervor gives you +2 Sacred bonus to Universal Spell power, +1% Sacred Bonus to Critical Chance with all spells. Duration: 10 seconds. Stacks 10 times.

Fey Form can help your USP (+15) and is a tier 1
Radiant Power can help Light SP and is a tier 1

Energy Burst is always good. Empyrean magic is incredibly useful, but you have to keep it charged up since you aren't running in ES. Also, interrogation is a nice tier 1 to take in place of cocoon since you are BF.

Evocation augmentation is a very useful twist for fey that seems to be overlooked by many.

Being Fey Pact and using Sonic/Evil Damage (Utterdark) I'm not sure what you will use to charge Empyrean Magic (Fire, Light, or Healing) as I don't believe Alignment Based Damage procs this. You might want to test this Twist. (Divine Crusader Tier 3)

While I agree the Energy Burst from Draconic is always useful you will need to pick an energy and make sure you equip the appropriate spell power since Sonic is not a choice. (Draconic Tier 4)

Rejuvenation Cocoon is a Good Twist Option for some healing. (Primal Tier 1)

If you uses Spell Points Endless Faith (Exalted Angel Tier 1)

Radiant Power for Light Spell power, Powers Alignment damage. (Exalted Angel Tier 1)

Purity of Essence for Healing Amplification. (Exalted Angel Tier 3)

If saves are an Issue - Magister has a +6 Reflex, Draconic has a +6 Fortitude (Tier 1)

Stay Frosty - Slows incoming mobs. (Shiradi Champion Tier 1)

----------------------
As for Primary EDs.

Unyielding Sentinel is good for adding defense via PRR and Hit Points as well as two healing options via Renewal and Light the Dark. Warlock is not lacking in Offense and this ED can help shore up defense.

Shiradi Champion - Stances like Stay Frosty (slow) Stay Good (light damage), Overtime Healing, Spell Power, Elemental Absorption, Nerve Venom and Audience with the Queen (Good if you have a decent Diplomacy Skill)

Ignore the above suggestion that Unyielding Sentinel is a good destiny. Unyielding sentinel is by far one of the worst choices. Contrary to what this user is suggesting, warlocks are lacking in offense and have plenty of defense options. Players tend to use unyielding sentinel as a crutch for atrocious game play, while gimping their toons damage and utility output for the party/raid. Also, the fact that op isn't using eldritch spirit tells me that he prefers damage over defense, which is fine. There is no justification for going a 39/41/0 split and then running in Unyielding Sentinel - it is just contradictory as a X/Y/41 split with shiradi provides better offense and defense than that combo.

Good choices are the following:

Shiradi (#1 choice in your situation as you are bladeforged fey): Best damage destiny by far, especially if you've taken eldritch wave. This will literally melt enemies.

Exalted (#2 choice, far worse than shiradi in your specific case): Decent damage bump but nothing close to shiradi, nice utility options like wings and reborn light, better sp pool for using ruin/gruin.

Those are the only 2 you should be picking from unless you are running mark of death (in that case run in crusader for petrification immunity).

not sure - proc'd so much for Uurlock during warlock lives and now cleric lives that couldn't really say for certain.

Not sure if I am doing something wrong but Empyrean Magic does not appear to work for me on this character.

Is there a buff icon? If so I never saw it.

Does not appear to proc from Eldritch Blast/Chain/Cone w/ Utterdark Blast.

Does not appear to proc from Latern Ring.

It appears it may proc from Consume and Stricken but due to the cool downs on those the most I can manage is (2) stacks. (Not 100% sure on this but I am seeing a 4 spellpower increase)

The above points are spot on by someone who is more familiar with warlock than me.

However, I find divine crusader to be a good pick for a newish player (who cannot twist everything they want).

The heals on kill combined with consecrated ground are nice, it is also alright if you plan to melee on your warlock (read, if you plan to go flavor). I'd go DC over US any time, unless you really are needing US to stay alive.
