Forum is slow and reminds of dial up but got better after posting this.
Here's the idea. Seems a lot of games recycle ideas. DDO has champions. Fallout has legendary mobs. Same thing really random superified mob. The legendary drops a weapon with an extra legendary aspect. An example is extra typed damage per hit or 15% dr vrs type of enemy. Could see this type thing in champions and revamped cannith crafting. After deconstruction it keeps the legendary extra feature or say prefix/suffix. So a champion weapon useful to the toon with a really nice champion prefix would be a good find. Then crafting it with level 28-30 cannith shards could make it a super weapon.
in FO4 the legendary weapon with prefix give some great combos. A explosive ammo mini gun, or double rounds. Armor can be found for stealth or dr or utility.
So if the crowned DDO mobs dropped a special champ weapon with a special prefix that stays post stripping and is recraftable then they mighht be worth hunting down. The champion prefix would have to be good and the crafting would have to be good.
DDO seems to like crit range and multipliers so a prefix for DDO could be a no stacking holysword. Would need 15-20 good prefixes for weapons, separate ones for armor and gear.
