I have a 1st Life Arti on Sarlona {Llogi} who having somehow made it to Lvl 25 I've decided to TR.

Magister is done.
Draconic is at Rank 20 {19 spent}.
I've swapped into Fatesinger ready to TR and am planning to do maybe Bard 18 / Arti 2 and Fatesinger before TRing again for 36 pt Build {Probably into Rogue for Shadowdancer}.

Race: Halfling or Gnome {Not Deep Gnome - No way am I going to 30!}.

Guessing Harper Int Build might be the way to go but not really sure - Any help?

I guess between Harper and Gnome, a repeater bard should be OK. I wonder if you truly need 18 bard levels. Rogue 5/bard 15, or 6/14 would have evasion. 4 Warlock levels would give 3d6 light damage per hit, scaling with spell power. Ranger would open arcane Archer elemental damage, that can be made to work with repeaters (not wai).

Warchanter could give nice passive benefits for your group. Spellsinger probably doesn't offer much without cha focus. Swash offers ranged coup de Grace that should work nicely with repeaters, but not sure how useful is the rest of the tree.

I would want a light armor build to have evasion, so at least 2 rogue. 2 arti for rune arm since you have rune arms anyway.

I posted a rog 5 / bard 15 repeater build (https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/117232-Request-a-Build-Get-a-Build?p=5673135&viewfull=1#post5673135) a while back. If you wanted something which was more DPS-focused while still qualifying for a bard PL, I would do rog 6 / rgr 6 / bard 8: something like 37 APs Mechanic, 23 APs DWS, 16 APs Harper, 4 APs HE. Human would also work; use a feat to take heavy repeater prof.

Guys please stop telling me to go Rogue over Arti!

I have the Repeaters and Rune-Arms and no matter what happens will have at least 2 Arti levels!

I'd prefer not to pigeonhole myself into Light Armour either as with being 1st Life Pure Arti most of my Armour is also Medium.

I asked for help with an Arti/Bard build NOT with a Rogue Build!

The point of this is to have a build that benefits from Fatesinger while leveling that destiny - I could go 6/6/8 but with only 8 Bard Levels I'm not sure I'd really be benefitting from Fatesinger!
I did consider just going Fey Lock but then my Rune-Arms and Repeaters would be pointless and I'd have to find caster sticks!

I don't intend to stay on this life any longer than it takes to max Fatesinger so I'd also prefer a build that doesn't need to be Lvl 18+ before it gets good!
